Attorney Ryan Sargent

Ryan Sargent is the owner and founder of the Sargent Law Firm.  He exclusively practices plaintiff’s personal injury law throughout the State of California.

After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ryan launched his legal career with a focus on helping people who have been hurt through no fault of their own.

Ryan is the first lawyer in his family and is very proud to be an attorney who helps people through difficult times.  He has a unique way of practicing law that incorporates being genuine and focusing on his client’s struggles.  Understanding that most people don’t deal with lawyers that often, Ryan tries to make his clients feel comfortable by educating them and communicating with them in ways they can understand.

While Ryan has been very successful in his legal career, he is most proud of being a husband and father.  He lives in Oceanside, CA with his wife Erika, 5 year old daughter Aubrey, and 3 year old son Maverick, newborn son Lincoln and Beagle Chloe.  When he’s not practicing law Ryan enjoys surfing, cycling, basketball, running, and enjoying being outside in beautiful Southern California with his friends & family.
